Rewrite a query

Input is PostgreSQL. Dialect is an output hint for assumed indexes and guessed DDL. Rewrite SQL stays PostgreSQL-shaped. One- and two-character aliases become the table name unless the same table is joined to itself or the alias is a longer clarity name.
